2- Consultant engineer Hossam El-Gendy, who obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering in 2006 from Menoufia University, was appointed at the International Contractors Union where he proved his practical competence and advanced in positions until he headed the technical office of the company's mechanical department for 18 years, supervising the implementation of numerous projects including the construction of the St. Regis Hotel in Cairo, the Four Seasons Hotel in Madinaty, and overseeing the implementation of several hotels and towers in the New Alamein City. After a successful career, he decided to leave the job and move to private work by establishing the company and taking the position of project manager.
3- Mr. Mohamed Gamil, who has 20 years of experience in real estate development and contracting, owns and manages Gamil General Contracting Company and has been a member of the Egyptian Federation for Construction and Building since 2004. The company has executed infrastructure projects in cooperation with the Arab Contractors Company in various cities inside and outside Greater Cairo. It has also completed residential projects in different areas, including several residential buildings in Assiut and Minya governorates, numerous residential projects in various areas of Greater Cairo, including several towers in Mohandessin and Dokki, several residential towers in the Al-Haram area, a number of residential buildings in Hadayek Al-Ahram, and several residential buildings in Sixth of October City and Sheikh Zayed City.
